Mall Ad

Just an everyday view in Ayala Center Mall.

Its been raining whole week in a tropical kind of way, not the stormy kind. You know, a little bit of sun, no wind but long and large drops of rain. Its really comforting and refreshing - I wish i could capture the falling rain... and now i wish for a powerful camera.

Now, back to the grind...

It's been raining here too.

I love the composition of this shot. The woman's bright face with the child in silhouette.

I've been having problems with Blogger for the past few days. have you?

Thanks Edwin.

Yes, I also got problems with blogger. I noticed that there are just certain time of the day that i can't even post comments - around 12-1pm, 4-6pm, 1130pm to 1am (GMT8+).

I also got problems with my google and blogger accounts - i don't know why blogger is using my gmail account?! And because of that i kept on changing my passwords.

Like Edwin, I too appreciate the light and dark of your photo.

We're ALL having problems with Blogspot. I dread changing as others have mentioned because I have so little tech experience and fear losing everything.

Jane, my camera is pretty ancient, too, but soon I'll have a new one for my birthday. Hang in there!!

thanks for dropping by! Sorry guys, but i don't know the kid. :P

Kate: When is your birthday? I hope you get a nice one. i think we can ask our fellow DP what kind of camera we should get, no?

Luggi: tropical rainshower is the best! not cold, not windy, just perfect...

My birthday is Sunday, 9/11 which is not a good day for our country. I got my camera yesterday; it's not an SLR with interchangeable lenses, which I would have preferred but they're too expensive. I got a Canon Powershot S31 Digital, and I debated between that and a Canon Powershot 700 which is a much smaller, slip in the pocket type. I'm still torn and hope that I made the right decision.

Happy Birthday Kate! Good thing you got a new camera, makes it more intersting to shoot. I like S3 - very powerful! You can wish for an SLR this Christmas if you like it so much! :)

Enjoy your day!
